The Ernie Fields Jr. Concert Studio at the ICoMusic Foundation in Muncie, Indiana (Long Name: Indiana Children’s Outreach Music Foundation Corporation)
Where you can hear the areas young music students play and have fun!
My very good friend Ernie Fields Jr. was the largest finical sponsor of the foundation I had in California for several years. With help from Ernie, my friend DeeDee and several other loyal and generous people, we were able to donate 500 plus musical instruments to deserving underprivileged young people over a 5 year span. I closed the foundation in California when I moved to Indiana, because of the problems of running it in another state and that is why I started the “International Church of Music” here in Muncie, Indiana.
Ernie Fields Jr. is from Oklahoma, just like me, the son of the famous band leader Ernie Fields. Ernie has performed with many of the world’s great musical acts, spent many years as an Los Angeles studio musician and contractor. For several years he contracted and provided musicians for most of the TV talent shows in California and has recently cut that down to only American Idol. The generosity of his spirit has helped many young people get instruments and learn the joy of music.
The Ernie Fields Jr. Concert Venue at ICoM is of course our largest room where most of the classes, concert, religious meetings and Master Classes take place.
Everyone is welcome at the Ernie Fields Jr. Concert Venue. Our calender is posted on this site and we should be ready for live operations in April 2023. I will update the calebder when we have new things for you to see.
