Just what are the duties of the Executive Director in a small nonprofit?

Well, today Sunday April 23, 2023 our Executive Director Amy spent 8 hours using primer and painting the celling, shelf and walls of our new Green Room – Master Class Room. She will be back for the next 2 Sundays to complete the room. I think she likes it because she never complained.
