Supporters:Who do we want and what do we want from the doners. Also, what does the donor get by donating?
It’s simple for us we are looking for Supporters: that love music, have played a musical instrument and want to help young people play musical instruments.
What do we want from our Supporters:? We are looking for smaller monthly Supporters: and one-time Supporters: to help us sustain the foundation and provide instruments, Master Classes and Small groups for the students. We are very interested in having Supporters: participate in our programs.
*If you play or have played a musical instrument share your experiences with us.
*If you have local nonprofits that teach music and need instruments then send us their information.
*If you are a teacher then send us your information and let us know how we can help you students.
*If you can’t play an instrument, can’t sing or dance but just love music. You will still have organizations you might know about and connect us to them.
*If you know an underprivileged young person that already plays a musical instrument but can’t afford one of their own.
*If you just want to share your ideas about educating the young musician.
*Tell us what kind of music you like and help connect us to other nonprofits that teach that style of music.
To the ICoMusic Foundation all styles of music are important not just Classical, Jazz, Rock & Roll, Country, Hillbilly, Dance, music for Children.
Again, Supporters: should share their stories and experiences, tell us how we are doing, let us know who they think we can work with in the future etc. Now don’t send us a book and try to keep things reasonable in length.
Supporters: What does the donor get from donating?
Besides a great *karma reward boost from helping young people play music.
Since the donation is Tax Deductible for every $100 you donate, depending on your tax bracket, it really cost you only $60 or $70 out of your pocket. The other $30 or $40 is money you would pay the government in state and federal income taxes. So, the government is really helping you with your donation.
At least that is $30- or $40-dollars congress can’t spend on lunch, bombs, and general government corruption. Help the government spend a little money to help the youth of America!
*Hinduism identifies karma as the relationship between a person’s mental or physical action and the consequences following that action. It also signifies the consequences of all the actions of a person in their current and previous lives and the chain of cause and effect in morality.
Once again, the ICoMusic Foundation and the young peole of America thank you!
